MATERIAL IS ASA - GOOD FOR 90C + (194F) HEAT DEFLECTION TEMPERATURE - TESTED USING SIMULATED ASTM D648. UV RESISTANT.
Note on 3D printed parts - a lot of time was spent to optimize the surface finish on this part so once installed it will look as good as the original injection molded parts. The 3D printing process results in certain areas where the surface finish is not as smooth as injection molding. This part was designed to put those areas in hidden locations once installed. These areas can also be sanded and finished if desired but see pictures that show the surface finish and with the part installed, and you can decide on how you want to finish. These parts do have superior structural integrity as compared to the injection molded parts due to infill making the cross section thicker and reinforced.
